Insights: Needs & Wants of the Users
After the user interview, a few features required for the dashboard that are not yet available came into the picture. This includes a Helmet reminder in the pre-driving stage & an in-built tire pressure gauge.
The need for some features that are already present in modern-day electric scooters was also highlighted by the users as their current scooters lack them. This includes Clock for estimating reach time when running late, Navigation, Traffic Monitor, Bluetooth to see if they have to take an important call.
The old school features present in their current vehicle may not be enough but it definitely gives the user necessary information in a simple fashion. This includes Speedometer, Fuel Meter, Left/ Right Indicator, Long light indicator & Side Stand Indicator.
All Features & Widgets: Speedometer, Odometer, Milometer, Left/Right Indicator, Fuel/ Charge Gauge, Service Due Indicator, Clock, Weather,Side stand indicator, Parking assistance, Bluetooth, GPS Navigation, Mode change options, Speed limit warning, Safety/Traffic rules reminder for risk management, Upload license /documents, Music, Ongoing trip time/dist, Average Speed in the ongoing trip, Voice based directions, Efficiency Indicator.
